Our Vehicles are designed & manufactured as per the DOE - CAD/CAM Concept based designing & engineering . We are fully equipped in house to go thru extensive Design and R&D on our product in terms of light weighting, aerodynamics, material selection to name a few. In addition in house material testing (Steel) facilities like Spectrometer, Ultra Sonic Testing, Hardness testing along side 3d Scanning facilities with state of art designing and quality checking software. The company boasts a fully Automatic wet on wet Paint shop to a fully Pneumatic Assembly line . We are taking utmost care from QC of the Steel procured , Child part incoming QC as per our Design & Specifications , Hardness - Gloss & Salt Spray Testing of Painted Parts during the Paint Process , QC during Assembly process & final PDI of each & every vehicle .
